This refund policy applies to all products, services, consultations, scripts, equipment, and other commercial transactions conducted by Mind Aviator Group and its subsidiaries, including LocoWiz, CLiniQ Soft, Loqal.AI, Citizen's Pulse, Albuzzer, Kustomser, and our various YouTube channels. Also, Mind Aviator Group and it’s subsidiaries reserve the right to update and change the refund policy, so it is adviced to the customers to read the refund policy before any execution.

General Refund Policy

Products and Equipment

Physical Products
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • No Refund: Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging are not eligible for a refund.
Digital Products (e.g., Software, Scripts)
  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
  • Refunds will be granted if the product is found to be defective or not as described.
  • Downloadable products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • No Refund: Digital products that have been accessed, downloaded, copied & versioning, or used are not eligible for a refund.

Services and Consultations

Consultation Services
  • Refund requests must be made before 72 hours or 3 working days of the scheduled consultation date.
  • Refunds will be granted if the consultation is canceled by Mind Aviator Group or its subsidiaries.
  • No refunds will be provided for missed appointments or cancellations made by the client less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • No Refund: Consultations missed by the client or canceled within 72 hours of the appointment are not eligible for a refund.

Service Packages (e.g., Marketing, Branding, IT Services)

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Partial refunds may be granted based on the proportion of services rendered up to the date of the refund request.
  • Custom services tailored specifically for a client are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • No Refund: Custom or personalized services that have already commenced or been completed are not eligible for a refund.

Subscriptions and Memberships

Monthly Subscriptions
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial subscription date.
  • No refunds will be provided for subsequent months of a monthly subscription.
  • No Refund: Monthly subscription fees for months already commenced are not eligible for a refund.
Annual Subscriptions
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial subscription date.
  • Pro-rated refunds will be granted based on the unused portion of the subscription period.
  • No Refund: Annual subscription fees for periods already commenced are not eligible for a refund.

YouTube Channels and Content

Digital Content and Courses
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • No refunds will be provided for consumed or partially consumed content.
  • No Refund: Digital content that has been accessed, downloaded, copied & versioning, or used are not eligible for a refund.
Channel Memberships
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial membership date.
  • No refunds will be provided for subsequent months of a membership subscription.
  • No Refund: Membership fees for months already commenced are not eligible for a refund.

Process for Requesting a Refund
